  13.  ■ Fixed a mouse problem that occured with some older mouse drivers,
  14.    and with OS/2.  Basically, the program wasn't checking the mouse
  15.    driver version before it attempted to use advanced features.

  17.  ■ Changed the logic of the "Are You Sure" question when trying to deal
  18.    a new hand while a game is in progress.  It now only asks if a game
  19.    is in progress (score > 0) and if there are cards left in the deck
  20.    or move moves are possible.

  22.  ■ Changed the "extra" sounds (in the registered version) from a random
  23.    to a sequential order.

  25.  ■ Added a sound configuration "front end" to the program.  FF13 will
  26.    recognize if it's running for the first time, or if the data file
  27.    was produced by version 1.00, and will prompt the user for
  28.    information on the sound card.  The purpose of this is to reduce the
  29.    problems with the "auto-configure" feature that was used in version
  30.    1.00.  If the BLASTER environment variable exists, the program will
  31.    get it's information from that, rather than asking the user.
